As connections, editing and deleting of external tools are carried out through the File menu > Options > External tools tab.
To change the parameters of external tool connection, select it in the External tools list, change parameter values and close the dialogue with OK.
To delete the tool, select it from the External tools list, press Delete and close the dialogue with OK.
