IDPhoto Processor is a program that allows you to batch process your photos. It provides fast and accurate face detection and image cropping based on your settings. From a set of different images of multiple sizes, IDPhoto Processor enables you to easily prepare photos for passports, driver’s licenses, school and college passes, badges, employee ID cards, entrance passes, military IDs, visas, pension IDs, licenses, health insurance cards, national ID cards, loyalty cards and many other identification documents.
The software performs the following tasks as part of the process:
| • | Opens each image from the source folder |
| • | Automatically recognizes the face on the image |
| • | Crops the photo according the proportions specified |
| • | Resizes the image to the required measurements |
| • | Corrects the photo for contrast, sharpness, brightness and gamma |
| • | Saves the results to the designated folder |
| • | Transfers images through the TWAIN driver |
| • | Photos can be processed using either fully automatic or semi-manual mode. |
IDPhoto Processor supports the following file formats:
To obtain the best results from the software, you are advised to use images that:
| • | are taken in a well-lit environment |
| • | include the whole head, from the top of the hair down to the shoulders |
| • | have a single-color background |
| • | have a natural, relaxed facial expression |
| • | have no shadows on the face or background |
| • | have no additional items, such as sunglasses or hats, covering the face or head. |
